Private Companies
Private companies have arguably an even greater need for research than their public counterparts. They are typically at an early stage of development and seeking capital to fuel growth from an audience that they are mostly unfamiliar with, i.e. expanding their pool of investors beyond that of initial friends and family. Our work with them will often be on the basis of a short term project, involving only a single research note because they do not have public companies’ ongoing obligation to communicate with shareholders and stimulate interest in the secondary market.
As with quoted companies, our experience and access to appropriate investors has helped many of our private corporate clients finance their development.
